Know what your browser keeps
Cookies, local storage and downloaded files are different things. Here is how they relate to the supplied pages and contact tool.
The supplied site code
The HTML, stylesheet and site script supplied for this website do not set cookies, read or write localStorage, or load analytics and advertising libraries. Navigation and reveal animations use temporary page state only. Reading the guides does not require an account or a tracking preference.
A consent interface may be provided separately by the publishing system. If one is present, its displayed controls and disclosures explain the choices it stores. This notice does not assign invented cookie names, providers or expiry periods to that separate service.
Cookies and local storage
A cookie is a small item of information a website can ask your browser to retain, sometimes sending it back with later requests. Local storage keeps data for a website on your device and is not automatically sent with every page request. Both can be used for purposes such as remembering preferences, depending on the implementation.
Any optional tracking technology should be described and, where required by law, enabled only after valid consent. The supplied pages contain no optional analytics or advertising technology to activate.
Contact drafts, clipboard and downloads
The contact draft stays in the current page's memory while you use the tool. The site script does not save it to cookies or local storage. Your browser may separately retain form values or restore a previous tab, according to its settings.
Choosing Copy text places the draft on your device clipboard through the browser's Clipboard API. Choosing Download text creates a file in your selected download location. These are deliberate device actions, not tracking cookies, and clearing website cookies does not necessarily erase them.
Managing your choices
If a separate consent interface appears, use its available preference controls to review or change choices. You can also inspect or clear this domain's cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking all storage may affect separately installed preference tools, but the supplied articles and local drafting logic do not require localStorage.
Browser controls differ. Look for settings labelled Privacy, Site data, Cookies or Website permissions. Manage downloads and clipboard history separately, particularly on shared devices. Removing site data may cause a separately provided consent tool to ask again.
Hosting and external websites
Server access logs are distinct from cookies and may exist even when your browser stores no site data. Following an external link brings you under the destination site's own cookie and privacy practices. This website does not control those services.
Read the Privacy notice for related information, or send a question to [email protected]. This notice should be reviewed if the deployed site's storage or tracking features change.
